Mindfulness, gentle martial arts (GMA), Japanese, Korean and Chinese languages, philosophy, calligraphy, painting and dances to empower one to improve physical and mental health.
Grief & bereavement is one of the main unavoidable stressors in one’s lifetime.
Come to our FREE workshops funded by the council to explore how to reduce the risk of prolonged grief disorder and minimise its harmful impacts on physical and mental health!
You will also have an opportunity to experience East Asian dances and / or GMA during breaks!
