In my weaning workshop you will learn everything you need to know about starting your little one on solid foods. I will give you the tools to ensure you are relaxed and confident about weaning your baby, and help you figure out what feeding practices work best for your family.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- Understanding your babies developmental stages
- Reading and respecting your babies hunger and fullness cues
- Common feeding practices and how to decide what works for your family (baby-led vs puree feeding)
- Setting your child up for a good relationship to food
- Suitable foods to offer your baby
- Foods to avoid in the first year
