The Brook Ensemble brass quintet is looking forward to performing in this year’s Music for All Sunday lunchtime concert series at St Andrew’s Church in Leytonstone. The group started in 2020 and is formed from experienced players bringing the world of brass music to a wider audience.
Playing a wide range of music from the time of Henry VIII, the romantic classical period right up to the sounds of the 1930s and today’s composers of musical theatre. The group also include original works for brass and feature new compositions written and arranged by members of the group further extending the soundscape of brass instrumentation.
This concert’s programme will include music from their recent English music concert and forthcoming American Music lunchtime concert in St Olave’s church in London on 4th of July.
