Walthamstow’s foodbank – the Rukhsana Khan Foundation – is hosting its annual summer fete in Lloyd’s Park on 17th July! The event will raise much-needed funds for your neighbours struggling to put food on the table right now.
Bring family and friends for what promises to be a fantastic summer event with locally sourced artisan food and drink stalls, bouncy castles, crafts, face painting and more!
RKF is currently serving over 100 local households each week with essentials. The cost-of-living crisis has left more and more Waltham Forest residents dependent on the food bank and they are in dire need for donations – for everything from toilet paper to cornflakes. Please do come along – looking forward to seeing you all there!
