Time for Mum/Dad and for Baby with 45 mins of pilates and 15mins of massage, focussing on a different body part each week.

Suitable for men and women, with all abilities and postnatal requirements catered for.

The first part of the class will focus on connecting you with your baby through the ancient Indian art of infant massage. With attention on a different part of the body each week (4 week cycle) we’ll perform a routine that you’ll be able to practise at home.

Baby massage is an enjoyable and effective way of helping you to bond with your baby, meet like minded local parents, and it can help to improve/relieve the following:-
Sleep issues
Digestive problems – e.g. constipation and diarrhoea
Colic
Circulation
Skin rashes
Chest congestion
Emotional distress
Partner/family members bonding with baby

The 2nd part of the class will focus on you!
With a class designed to help you build from the inside out, we’ll concentrate on core building exercises, pelvic floor and add in some strength movements for your major muscle groups too.

We’ll concentrate on alignment and posture throughout the exercises helping to relieve any tension in your back, and correct any postural issues resulting from parenthood, pregnancy, birth and the demands of life with a little one.
