Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or more advanced, this class is for YOU!
During this circuit session you will exercise all different parts of your body.
Exercises will be adjusted according to your fitness level.
This is a group activity, there is no reason to be shy, everyone is welcome and we are there to support each other!
All you need to bring is YOURSELF, a yoga mat (if you have one), a small towel and a bottle of water.
I will guarantee a great atmosphere, varied sessions each time with the right music and motivation!
