Quiz Night with Fish & Chip Supper to be held at Frederick Bremer School in Walthamstow, Saturday 7 March, 6-9pm. £10 ticket includes fish & chip supper (or sausage/veggie sausage). There will be a licensed bar on the night and a raffle with prizes including a Butlins holiday for 4 and tickets to Elton John or Queen & Adam Lambert at the O2.
The funds raised from this event will support youth members of St Mary’s Church Walthamstow who are travelling to Mexico from 18 – 27 August 2020 to help build homes in a community for families in poverty. The group are travelling with an organisation called Urban Saints (https://www.urbansaints.org/rebuildmexico) and need to raise money to cover costs such as flights, visas, insurance, training, support, food, accommodation, project costs and tools.
