Led by legendary knitwear guru Debbie Bliss and the talented craft & design team from The Walthamstow Welcome, this inspiring crafternoon is all about making, sharing, and connecting.

For a donation of just £10, you’ll get a goody bag packed with materials, a step-by-step guide and the tools needed to make your own patchwork, knitted crocheted bag or cross-body phone holder. Expert tuition included in a laid-back, fun atmosphere.

Can’t stay for the workshop, then come by on the day , say hi and visit our pop-up shop we’ll be selling gorgeous handmade pieces made by our talented group and our cross-body phone holder kits for you to make at home!
Working with referrals from NHS Social Prescribing, WF Adult Care and refugee groups, at The Walthamstow Welcome we teach participants knitting, sewing and crochet skills that build confidence and improve mental wellbeing.
All proceeds go to helping us to continue helping local residents.
