Waltham Forest Hockey Club are running a FREE ‘Adult Beginner Course’ (ABC).

Attend all sessions or just dip in when you’re available (you don’t need to be able to attend all four sessions).
We’ve got plenty of hockey sticks you can borrow. Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes/ gym clothes and trainers.

We’ve got a group suitable for all levels…
– Unfit and haven’t exercised in years.
– Never played hockey before.
– Want to try something new.
– Want to meet new people.
– Played hockey at school years ago and want to give it another go (perhaps you played on grass and want to try playing on astro-turf).
– Had a hiatus from sport/ hockey and want to find something to get back into it.
– Played hockey before and want to brush up on your skills.
– Looking to join a new club.
