My vision is through the incredible power of dance, together we will slowly bring our lives back into balance. There is no choreo or steps to remember. This is about reconnecting with the wisdom of the body to guide us to make choices that are a full body yes! And one by one our lives come back into harmony with who we really are.
I honor every woman who comes on this journey. We will move freely and share space, strength and victory.
I have some beautiful, conscious music to support our self expression and nourish our souls.
