Incorporating ‘A Day In the Life of Music’, now in its 24th year, this well-known, local festival, will see hundreds of people flock to enjoy A Craft Fayre, Live Music including Rock, Pop, Jazz, Choral, Bag Pipes and displays by community groups, Kid’s Entertainment, Fun Fair Rides etc.
The festival takes place on and around The Green, St Peter & Paul’s Church and Church Hall & Mornington Hall & Gardens sited in Station Road, North Chingford E4 7EN.
Started in 1994, it’s believed to be the biggest independently run community event of its type for miles around.
FRONT & BACK GREEN AREAS
The Main Stage will be on The Front Green, featuring rock, blues & various genres of music as well as dance and sports displays.
There are also Craft, Community & Business Stalls. Join in sports taster sessions, The Festival Licenced bar, Ice Cream, Candy Floss, & Food Stalls, Bouncy Castles, roundabouts, swing boats etc.
Mornington Hall & Gardens ‘Songwriter’s Showcase’. FREE Kids Entertainer, Moo Music Sessions & Kid’s magician. FREE Kids fun, learning activities. In the hall there is also pottery, art display, craft stalls & refreshments
VESTRY HALL The Acoustic Café – Featuring Live Acoustic Music. Refreshments.
