These small friendly classes are open to people who look after a relative or friend due to ill health or a disability who could not manage without their support. You will learn how to breathe well, move the body gently to release tension held in the muscles and stretch to increase your flexibility. In time you will develop your strength, stamina and flexibility which all enable you to learn how to deeply relax and quieten the mind as the tension lifts.
