Ladies only Bollywood Dance Fitness Classes will be held every Thursday from September 5th to November 28th, 12:30 to 13:15 at All Saints Church E4 9QZ – Highams Park.
The classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners, and costs £5 for a single class or £18 for four classes.
Participants can expect an energizing, fun, and friendly atmosphere where they can feel confident, meet new people, and have a positive experience.
The classes are non-competitive and encourage participants to go at their own pace.
