New Year’s Eve parties in Walthamstow

Admittedly I should have compiled this prior to 5pm on the last day of the year, but in my defence… Christmas.

I was putting this list together for my own benefit, having not yet booked anywhere to spend Midnight as yet, but figured there may be some other souls yet to organise… here’s the list:

Wild Card (Ravenswood Industrial Estate)

Live music. Craft Beer. Good Fun.
Not ticketed (as far as I can tell)

Step into Waltham Magical Forest this New Year’s Eve, as we send off the year of culture with an enchanted bang assembling a plethora of the local heroes that have given so much to the year of culture, did for years before and will do for years to come.

Featuring East’s favourite brass band – Das Brass, as they wow you on the woodland floor with their New Orleans influenced brass band takes on some classics.

Bringing the magical to life..again, we invite Mighty Atom, who provided the acclaimed music for the WF Fireworks Display. Local LEGEND and one of our faves, Chris Tofu MBE will have you pounding off your hooves and a special Maud takeover from local electronica guru’s Kat Richmond (Electrionic 17) and Samantha Blackburn (Buntu). Magical delights will lead you through our enchanted forest palace.

Walthamstow Trades Hall – Aquarius, New Years Eve Special

Come and see in the New Year with old & new friends down at your favourite club.
Tickets can be bought in advance or on the door. Members £10, Non-members £15.

The Bell – Ola’s Kool Kitchen, Stranger in Pink

Some kind of Pretty in Pink/Stranger Things mash-up
Free/unticketed as far as I can tell

Rose and Crown

I think I saw a poster in their window, so assume there’s something on… no idea what though!

The Chequers – A Stranger Thing

Another Stranger Things 80’s event
Free/unticketed as far as I can tell

Come and party with us on NYE! We’re being joined by music legends, our pals, X-Press 2 (only the guys who wrote ‘IIIIIII’m wicked and I’m laaaaazy!’ listen here) so you can expect booze and bangers all night!

Tickets are £10 and include a glass of champagne on entry, let’s get 2020 started properly!

Free entry, 20% off beer before 10pm.

If I’ve missed any, tag ’em on whatever social post you found this link on!
