Sarah Kenway adds to the TTNY yoga schedule with midweek evening sessions. Introducing Yin Yoga, a style of stretching that is slow and purposeful, connecting you with your body for deeper healing and nourishment. These sessions are perfect for newcomers and seasoned Yogis looking to expand their repertoire.
