Feed mind and body with local teacher Sarah Kenway in our light and airy coworking space.
Sarah will guide us through an hour of Vinyasa Flow, a style of yoga that links poses with movement, and places an emphasis on the breath. You can expect a calm and gentle session with adaptations for those that are ready for a bit of a challenge. Classes include standing postures, seated postures and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
