A stunning night of live music in the atmospheric surroundings of St Mary’s Church. Powerhouse vocalist and songwriter Deva Mahal’s brand of soul music embraces her blues roots, with an infusion of gospel- tinged vocals and R&B sensibility. The daughter of legendary musician Taj Mahal, her debut album Run Deep was released earlier this year to critical acclaim. Part of the Music Halls Project which brings exciting live music to public spaces in Waltham Forest.
