To set the tone, Patchworks – in partnership with the team at Rendezvous Projects – presents ‘Sweet Harmony: Radio, Rave & Waltham Forest, 1989-1994’, an exhibition, party and celebration of the pirate radio and rave heritage of Waltham Forest.
