In celebration of International Women’s Day on 8th March, Walthamstow Wetlands are hosting an evening with renowned entomologist Dr Erica McAlister, author of ‘The Secret Life of Flies’ and curator of Diptera at The Natural History Museum.
Come and find out about the amazing role that flies have to play in our eco system, from pollination to pest control. The event will include a talk on Diptera, a Q&A session and book signing.
