Captivating and hypnotic Anglo-Egyptian singer Natacha Atlas entwines tribal beats with blusey cool Afro-funk and jazz. Famed for her collaborations with Transglobal Underground, Nitin Sawhney, David Arnold and Jah Wobble, her last body of work, Myriad Road, was her first jazz album, produced in collaboration with the renowned Lebanese-born French jazz and classical trumpeter, producer, and composer Ibrahim Maalouf.
