Mindfulness describes deliberately paying attention to the present, on purpose and non-judgmentally. The course consists of five 75-minute classes, and a morning silent ‘retreat’ on the Saturday of the penultimate week in the course. Open to beginners and returners, you’ll be introduced to the various practices, explore how we approach stress, and start to introduce mindfulness into your daily routine.
