28th May 2020
7:30pm - 9:30pm
We are in some VERY crazy times right now (and randomly crying has become a lock down norm for many). Every single one of us are in new territory and mentally we have been pushed to places we have never been before (the good, the bad and the ugly!) To some of us this is all new and has been hard to navigate, whether dealing with sadness or worry like this for the first time, struggling being at home or worrying about how things will change as restrictions ease. For many of us, feelings of stress, anxiety and depression aren’t new and we have been living with these feelings for a long time. We are all human and this is all normal.
At our next event we are going to openly discuss mental health and what it means to us, breaking taboos and stigma around this in a safe and non-judgemental way. This will be a space for us to share and discuss, all emotions welcome; let’s talk about it, it doesn’t have to be awkward.
Tickets are £5 and all money is donated to Eat or Heat food bank in Waltham Forest who really need our help and are busier than ever at the moment.
Ticket sale ends 28th May at 3pm and Zoom link will be emailed on the day.
If anyone may struggle to pay this, please get in touch for concessions.
