When you care for someone it’s so easy to let your own wellbeing slip down the list of priorities so taking some time out for a yoga practice can really help restore and rejuvenate you. In these small friendly classes you will learn how to breathe well, move the body gently to release tension held in the muscles and stretch to increase your flexibility. In time you will develop your strength, stamina and flexibility which all enable you to learn how to deeply relax and quieten the mind as the tension lifts. Relaxation classes run every Wednesday.
