This call-out is for local artists of all ages and abilities to submit work for the exhibition – for which the theme is childhood and the experience of growing up. The theme is open to your interpretation and could be based on a nostalgic memory, a poignant object or a significant place. Work can be in any medium, but must be prepared so it is ready to display. Poems will also be welcome – please type or write these on high quality A4 paper or card (minimum 120 gsm). If you wish to submit 3D work, please send details of the work to artworks@themille17.org for consideration by the curators.
