Beginners Rock’n’Roll Jive Classes

Jive is a partner dance and and can be more energetic. It’s a simpler version of Jive than you would see on Strictly Come Dancing, meaning anyone can learn it – yes even those of you with two left feet!

Held upstairs at The Birds on Leytonstone High Road at 7.45pm every Tuesday.

Classes are open to everyone, of all ages – Dancing keeps you young

The classes are perfect for those who dislike the gym, but are looking to increase their physical activity and exercise levels.
We have so much fun, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, it’s not like you are exercising at all
AND you get to meet new people and learn a new skill

No experience or special equipment needed – bring yourself in comfortable clothing
All abilities and physicality catered for

Classes are £5 per person and are run on a drop in basis, no need to book

Classes from 7.45pm to 8pm and then we have a couple of hours for social dancing
