Come join this free Pilates session for a full-body workout that strengthens, stretches, and tones. A series of precise, controlled movements performed on the mat, will engage your core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Suitable for adults of a reasonable fitness level, this class will help to foster a deeper connection between mind and body.
Starts Wednesday, 5 February. Two classes are available 12:00pm and 13:00pm. Participants must email to book- no drop ins allowed- spaces are limited.
