This 8-week course is based on the gold-standard Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course developed in the US, but also incorporates some useful CBT/discussion exercises around stress, to help us think about how we approach challenges, stress and difficulty. The course will introduce you to the main mindfulness practices, and consists of 8 Monday evening sessions of 2 hours 15 minutes, and a day retreat on Saturday 17 November. All teaching, course materials and audio provided with the course.
